Rules and Regulations

1. PARTICIPATION

After making payment through Paypal you will be redirected to the registration form. Participants must complete the official entry form available on the website with their name, full mailing address, email address, telephone number. Your email address constitutes as your ticket and will be used for the draw.

To be valid, all forms must be received by 23:59 pm ET October 31, 2011. All entries received after the specified time and date will be eligible for the next draw in January 2012.

Only one email address can be used to enter the contest, regardless of the number of email addresses held by the participant. If a person has registered more than once with multiple email addresses, it is automatically disqualified and all entries received from such person shall be disqualified and will be refunded.

Odds of winning a prize are directly related to the number of eligible entries received.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must have attained the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of their entry. Directors, officers and employees of Option Vacation and organizations for whom we help and their affiliated companies and agencies, as well as their immediate family (father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter) or persons living in the same household are not eligible for this contest.

3. TO CLAIM PRIZE

Winners must meet all the conditions described in these rules.

Each winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the draw and must claim the prize within a maximum of ten (10) days from the date it has been joined the first time. If a prize is not claimed within this period, a new draw will take place

4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES

TRIP PRIZES

Three (3) trips to be won.

The winners win a stay of seven (7) nights for two (2) people. Winners have the option to chose 1 of 7 trips selected by Option Vacation. See Destination page for Selected Trips available by Option Vacation.

The total approximate value of the secondary prizes is $1,500.00.

One draw for $1000.00 (Canadian Funds)
One draw for $500.00 (Canadian Funds)
The approximate value of the travel prize is $2000.00
The Stay Includes: All meals are included with most trips and other trips are breakfast only.
The flight to / for two (2) people.
Hosting seven (7) nights double occupancy at the hotel __________________________
The prize includes only what is specifically described and no other allowance is granted. The winner and accompanying person must include, but are not limited to, assume the following expenses:
• Meals and beverages, other than those mentioned in the description of the prize;
• Transfers to and from winner's home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel and transportation costs to destination;
• The travel insurance (cancellation, illness, etc.).
• Tips and taxes of any kind;
• All personal expenses.
Travel must take place within 6 months of draw. Availability at time of booking. In the event that the winner might not be available before that date, the prize will be forfeited without any form of compensation and a new draw will be made.

5. GENERAL RULES

5.1 To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question.

5.2 Each winner must sign a document attesting to their eligibility as specified in paragraph 2 of these rules and releasing Option Vacation and their affiliated companies and agencies and their directors, officers and employees, from any liability for damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
The person accompanying the winner of a prize must sign a document releasing Option Vacation and affiliated companies and agencies and their directors, officers and employees from any liability for any damage or loss arising from the use of the prize.

5.3 Each Prize must be accepted as such and can not be exchanged for money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions are given.

5.4 In case of failure to provide a prize as described herein, Option Vacation and affiliated companies and agencies and their directors, officers and employees, reserve the right to substitute all or part of the price for a price or a comparable value.

5.5 The refusal to accept a prize Option Vacation and affiliated companies and agencies and their directors, officers and employees from any liability and obligation to the winner.

5.6 Any false statement from a participant automatically disqualifies them from the competition.

5.7 Option Vacation and affiliated companies and agencies and their directors, officers and employees, assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, or e-mail received, typographical errors, technical malfunctions , computer or telephone, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls or any other error.

5.8 Option Vacation and affiliated companies and agencies and their directors, officers and employees, assume no liability of any nature whatsoever in all cases including strike, lockout or other labor dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold this contest.

5.9 The personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address is collected solely for the purpose of administering this Contest and will not be used for any other purpose without consent. By providing this information, participants consent to its use as indicated.

5.10 The participation in this contest implies acceptance of these rules including Option Vacation taking care of the application. All decisions are final.
